Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and we receive the product in acceptable condition:

A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Bank details must be shared with our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used supplements
Products without original packaging
Items purchased during special sales or promotions

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Please contact our support team immediately for cancellation requests.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos or video evidence, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
